Watermelon Slushy


It's was so hot 110 degrees HOT when I use to live in Las Vegas! I had to find something to make that would cool us down in this summer heat. This Watermelon treat is so cool and refreshing and the family loved it! Bonus points, it's sugar free hydrating and full of nutrients like Vitamin C and A, Fiber and more. It's said to help with eye health, sore muscles, heart, skin and digestion. Definitely a winning fruit!


Ingredients


4 cups of Watermelon (cut into cubes)


1 Freezer Bag


Instructions


Place the watermelon cubes into the freezer bag and freeze for at least 2-4 hours, overnight is preferred.


Once the watermelon is frozen put half (about 2 cups) into a high speed blender. Place the top on the blender and switch it on to the speed High setting and process until the watermelon turns into a slush icy consistency.


Put into a cup and enjoy. Repeat the process with the remaining frozen watermelon.
