Vegan Street Tacos

We've swapped out the meat for textured vegetable protein (TVP) and whipped up a special homemade spice blend that'll have your taste buds dancing. Picture warm tortillas cradling the savory goodness of seasoned TVP, topped with all your favorite fixings. Every bite is like a warm hug for your taste buds. So, grab a plate and dig in – these tacos are sure to make your heart and tummy happy.


Ingredients

2 cups Textured Vegetable Protein

1/2 cup Water

1 tsp Tomato Paste

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons Rosa's All Purpose Seasoning (divided)

2-3 Tablespoons Oil (it will add fattiness like a street taco)


Instructions

In a large skillet add the textured vegetable protein, water, tomato paste, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of the oil and allow to simmer on medium heat until the liquid absorbs.


Once liquid absorbs stir in the remaining oil and seasoning and allow to fry unit the textured vegetable protein browns a bit. Adjust seasoning to taste.
