Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake



What's better then chocolate? Nothing! LOL! Well if you are a chocolate lover this easy 60 second mug cake is decadently rich and fudgy. Topped with this amazing chocolate sauce, it's sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings. Gluten Free, Eggless, and Vegan! The perfect treat for as a after dinner delight or any time of the day.


Ingredients


1/3 cup Oat Flour


1/2 tsp Baking Powder


1-1/2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)


pinch of Salt


2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar


1 Tablespoon Butter


3 Tablespoons Nut Milk or Plant-Based Milk


Instructions

Place the butter in a large cup or ramekin and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds.


Remove the cup from the microwave and stir in the remaining ingredients.


Microwave for 60 seconds. Remove from the oven and top with some of the chocolate sauce and enjoy while warm.


Chocolate Sauce


1/4 cup Agave Syrup


1/4 cup Cacao Powder


Instructions


Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and store in an airtight container until use.
