Vegan Caesar Dressing

Vegan Caesar Dressing

This Vegan Caesar Dressing offers a rich, creamy texture and bold, savory flavor without the traditional anchovies. Made with cashews or tofu, it’s packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and a dose of calcium. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor while providing B vitamins, including B12 in some brands. This dressing is perfect for romaine salads, adding to veggie wraps, or even as a dip for veggies. Its familiar Caesar taste makes it an excellent vegan alternative for classic Caesar salads.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Raw Cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours (or silken tofu for a lighter option)

2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

1 Tablespoon Capers

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 Clove Garlic

1/4 cup Water (adjust as needed)

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Drain cashews (or silken tofu if using) and add to a blender with nutritional yeast, capers, lemon juice, garlic, and water.

Blend until smooth, adjusting with water for desired thickness.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
