Our Spicy Kale Chips are a healthy alternative to fried chips. Simple and easy to make. If your missing something crunchy and salty these will satisfy your craving.
Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) bag Kale Leaves
1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning of choice
1-2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place a piece of parchment paper on a large baking sheet, set aside.
In a large bowl mix the kale, seasoning and bacon fat making sure to saturate all the kale leaves by rubbing the oil in the leaves with your hands.
Pour the kale onto the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the kale dries and crisp up to your desired texture. Remove from oven and enjoy!
