Low Carb Snickerdoodles

Cinnamony deliciousness! Enjoy these Snickerdoodle Cookies with a warm cup of cocoa, coffee or your favorite nut milk. They are a delightful treat for the holiday or any time of the year. Ingredients 1-1/2 cups Almond Flour 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar 4 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature) 2 tablespoons Butter (melted) 1 large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pinch of Salt Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Mix all the cookie ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Make 14 cookie dough mounds on the baking sheet and slightly press them down. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
