This Creamy Seafood Casserole may look a little fishy LOL, but man does it taste FANTASTIC! It's a perfectly hearty dish for the fall that you and your family will love. Ingredients 12 ounces Langoustine Lobster can also use Crawfish or Shrimp 2-3 Filets Whiting Fish about 2 cups cut into small cubes 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup Butter room temperature 5 cups Baby Spinach 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese the real stuff 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp each of Salt & Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a casserole dish by buttering the inside, then set aside. In a large skillet melt the butter then sauté the spinach in the butter until wilted. Add the garlic and nutmeg to the spinach and stir. Then salt and pepper the spinach to taste, and cook for about 2 minutes. Add to the skillet the remaining ingredients (except for the Parmesan cheese), and stir until well combined. Then fold in the parmesan cheese and pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the casserole is fully heated and the seafood is fully cooked. The edges of the casserole will also be a bit browned when done. Remove from oven and enjoy. Calories 324, Fat 24.4 g, Carbs 3.6 g, Protein 17.7 Net Carbs 3.2 g Makes 6 (1/2 cup) Servings
