Pumpkin Spice Waffles


Delicious Pumpkin Spice Waffles. These waffles are full of pumpkin flavor with the perfect sweetness. Have these with a side of bacon and your favorite morning beverage for a delicious Fall breakfast you'll definitely enjoy.


Ingredients


4 ounces Cream Cheese


¼ cup Butter melted


4 large Eggs


½ cup Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree


¼ cup Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener


½ tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice


1 tsp Vanilla Extract


1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Extract (optional but recommended to boost flavor)


2 cups Almond Flour


2 tsp Baking Powder


Instructions


In a microwave safe bowl add the cream cheese and butter and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then remove.


Whisk in the eggs and pumpkin until smooth, then the remaining ingredients until well combined


Heat your Waffle Iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Pour batter into each section of the waffle iron and bake until you get the crispiness you desire. Remove the waffles and repeat to make 10 waffles. Enjoy!

Note: if you don't have powdered sweetener you can powder in a clean coffee grinder or high power blender. If you don't have either you can substitute the powdered sweetener with granulated sweetener, but you may have to adjust the amount for your sweetness desire.
