Peanut Butter Granola

Our Peanut Butter Crunch Granola is packed with protein, flavor and peanut buttery goodness! Have this topped on yogurt, smoothies bowls, in milk or as a delicious on the go snack.


Ingredients


2-1/4 cups Organic Rolled Oats


1 cup Walnuts (chopped)


1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds


1/2 cup Organic Maple Syrup


1/4 cup Organic Peanut Butter (melted)


1/4 tsp Salt


Instructions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.


In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and pour onto the prepared baking pan. Shape into a rectangle and keep the granola close together so while baking will form clusters. So don't leave any pieces hanging out on its own, LOL.


Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Once cooled break the granola up into clusters. Keep stored in a airtight container.
