Ingredients:
2 cups Instant Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder
1/2 cup Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup Dried Bananas (broken into pieces)
1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the instant gluten-free rolled oats, brown sugar, peanut butter powder, salt (if using), and cinnamon (if using).
Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
Store the mixture in a jar and seal it tightly.
For each serving, add as much boiling water or hot non-dairy milk that you desire to 1/2 cup of the oat mixture. Option to stir in sliced banana before serving.
I've used Regular Gluten Free Rolled Oats for this recipe and it worked just fine. You will need to grind up 1 cup additional oats then mix together with the 2 cups of Gluten Free Oats in the bowl. To prepare you may have to reduce the amount of water you add to the bowl by 1/2 as well. I buy mine at Costco for a better value.
