Miso Ginger Dressing

Miso Ginger Dressing combines umami-rich miso with fresh ginger, creating a zesty, slightly sweet dressing that’s full of flavor. Miso is a probiotic food, beneficial for gut health and digestion, while ginger offers anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. This dressing works beautifully on salads with crunchy vegetables, Asian-inspired noodle salads, or as a flavorful drizzle over tofu or stir-fries. Its unique taste profile brings an exciting twist to any dish it’s paired with.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon Miso Paste (white or yellow)

1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger

2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or Agave

2 Tablespoons Water

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup.

Add water gradually, whisking until smooth.

Adjust seasoning if desired.
