Ingredients
2 bunches of fresh spinach, finely chopped 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 8 eggs
1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Heat your pan and add a dash of coconut oil. Form patties from the mixture in the bowl.
Cook for no more than a minute on each side, and then enjoy!
