Meazza Pizza!


This is such an easy delicious super low carb way of enjoying a pizza! Full of amazing flavor and at only 1 Carb per slice it's sure to be your next favorite Keto pizza.


Ingredients


Crust


1 pound ground Pork


1 tsp each Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Basil


2 tsp Dried Oregano


1/4 tsp Black Pepper


1/4 tsp Salt to taste


2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese


Toppings


1/2 cup bacon cooked crisp and crumbled


1/2 cup Ground Beef seasoned cooked and crumbled


1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded


1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded


1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese


1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper sliced


1/4 cup Marinara Sauce (low carb no sugar added)


Instructions


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


In a large bowl mix all the meat crust ingredients together until well combined. Press into a large round baking dish slightly up the sides, to about 1/4 or 1/2 inch thick. ( I used a large 10 x 2 cake pan).


Bake the crust for about 30-40 minutes until fully cooked and browned. Remove the crust, drain


excess liquid out of pan, then add the toppings and place back into the oven until cheese has melted. Remove Meatza, slice and serve. Enjoy!
