Matcha Nice Cream

Elevate your dessert game with our Matcha Nice Cream, a unique and vibrant treat that combines the earthy flavor of matcha green tea with a smooth, creamy texture. Perfect for matcha lovers, it's a healthy and refreshing way to satisfy your sweet tooth.




Ingredients

3 large ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

1 tsp Matcha Powder

1/4 cup Plant-Based Milk (more or less for a milkier texture)

1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (option for sweetness)


Instructions

Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.


Add the matcha powder and blend until fully incorporated.


Add plant-based milk if needed for a smoother consistency.


Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.


Note: my plant based milk of choice was coconut milk, but you can use your favorite.
