Lions Mane Cocoa

Ingredients

1 Cup Unsweetened Nut Milk (like Almond, Coconut, Cashew)

1 teaspoon Lions Mane Powder

1 Tablespoon Sugar or Agave Nectar

1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder

Dash Cinnamon Powder


Instructions

In a small pot on the stove mix together the lions mane powder, sugar, cocoa and cinnamon until well combined.


Whisk in the nut milk and turn on the burner to medium heat. Heat the cocoa until warm through then serve.


Note: The Lions Mane Cocoa richness will depend on the type of nut milk you use. I sometimes use a blend of coconut milk and almond milk. You can add additional steamed hot milk to the cocoa as an option. Make ajustments with the amount of milk or sweetener to your liking.


Note: Using the Cacao Powder will give the cocoa a deeper richer flavor then cocoa powder but it will still be delicious.
