Lentil and Veggie Wrap

This Lentil and Veggie wrap is super simple to make and full of flavor! Tasty and full of protein, it's a satisfying lunchtime meal that's portable for those who are on the go.


Ingredients:

1 whole wheat tortilla

1/2 cup cooked lentils

1/4 cup sliced cucumber

1/4 cup sliced bell pepper

1/4 cup sliced carrot

2 tbsp hummus

bunch of leafy green lettuce

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Spread the hummus onto the tortilla.


Add the lettuce, cooked lentils, sliced cucumber, sliced bell pepper, and sliced carrot.

Season with salt and pepper.


Roll up the tortilla and serve.
