Jalapeno Poppers

Who doesn't love a cheesy spicy bacony treat? Well I know I do! These are so simple to make but its a flavor bomb in the mouth! Make these in advance a night before your party so you pop them right in the oven before guest arrive. A delicious low carb appetizer to enjoy.

Ingredients

20 large Fresh Jalapeno Peppers

16 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

40 slices Bacon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, set aside.

Prep the peppers by washing them, cutting each in half horizontally and removing the inside seeds and veins.

In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt and smoked paprika until well combined.

Fill each jalapeno pepper with the cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a strip of bacon until fully covered. Place the wrapped pepper on the prepared baking sheet, continue this process until all the peppers are filled and wrapped.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked and browned. Remove from oven and enjoy.
