This super easy to make Vegan Trail Mix is tasty as is but you can make it your own by swapping out the almond and cashews for walnuts and hazelnuts, the pumpkins seeds for sunflower seeds, etc. This is just a simple recipe to get you started on creating your own delicious mix.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Divide the mixture into individual servings or store in an airtight container.
