Ingredients

1/2 Avocado

1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Clove Garlic

1/4 cup Water (more for a thinner dressing)

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions

In a blender, combine avocado, parsley, cilantro, chives, lemon juice, and garlic.


Blend, adding water slowly until smooth. Adjust thickness to preference.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
