Ginger Turmeric Tea is one of those comforting, feel-good drinks that warms your body and lifts your spirit. Made with fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon, and a touch of maple, it’s a natural anti-inflammatory tea that supports digestion, immunity, and overall vitality. A pinch of black pepper helps activate the healing powers of turmeric, while a hint of cinnamon adds extra warmth and balance. Whether you’re starting your day with intention or winding down in the evening, this golden tea is a beautiful way to nourish yourself from the inside out.
Ingredients
2 cups Filtered Water
1 Tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger
1 tsp Fresh Grated Turmeric (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1–2 tsp Maple Syrup or Agave (optional, to taste)
Pinch of Black Pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Optional: Pinch of Cinnamon or a Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the grated ginger and turmeric (and cinnamon stick if using), then reduce heat and let simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a mug and stir in the lemon juice, maple syrup, and black pepper.
Optional Add-ins: A splash of plant-based milk for a creamier feel. Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar for an extra detox boost. Float a thin lemon slice or some fresh mint on top for a pretty finish.
