2 cloves Garlic crushed

1/2 cups Fresh Parmesan Cheese grated

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Dried Parsley

Instructions

Prepare your wings by rinsing them and patting dry with a paper towel. Place the wings in a large bowl, season with salt and black pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp each.) Pour the coconut oil on the wings and toss until well coated.

halfway through the cooking process.

In the meantime, in a medium bowl mix together the parsley, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder, set aside.

In a small microwave safe bowl add the butter and crush garlic, heat in microwave for about 15-20 seconds until the butter melts. (You may have to cover the bowl with a paper towel since the combo may pop a bit).

After the chicken wings have finished cooking put them in a large bowl and toss with the garlic butter mixture until fully coated, then sprinkle the parmesan mixture on the wings and toss again to coat the wings.

Place on a large plate, Enjoy! Serve with our Blue Cheese Dressing, so delicious! Recipe on this website.
