Lemon Garlic Roasted Broccoli

This Garlic Lemon Roasted Broccoli is a simple yet bold side dish bursting with fresh, zesty flavors. Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of the broccoli while keeping it slightly crisp, and the combination of roasted garlic and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice enhances its depth of flavor. Ingredients

1 lb. Broccoli Florets

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

3 Cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Zest of 1 Lemon

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.


Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy on the edges.


Remove from the oven and toss with lemon juice, zest, and nutritional yeast (if using). Serve immediately.
