Ingredients
1 pound Frozen Edamame (I got mine at Costco freezer isle)
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
1-1/2 Tablespoons Gochujang
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Water (to steam the beans)
1 Tablespoon Oil
Instructions
In a pot on medium heat add the water and frozen edamame and cook for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through, then drain off the water.
While the edamame are cooking whisk the gochujang and soy sauce together in a small bowl, set aside.
In a large frying pan on medium heat add the oil and garlic and cook until almost lightly browned. Toss in the edamame and sauce then mix until coated.
Serve immediately.
