These fudgy brownie bites are so yummy! They are made with chocolate collagen powder which is a perfect health benefit in a tasty treat.
Ingredients
1-1/4 cups Chocolate Collagen Powder
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 large Eggs
3 tablespoons Butter melted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened Almond Milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place a 24 mini square cups silicone pan on a baking sheet, spray with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the collagen, almond flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, and salt until well combine.
Add to the bowl the eggs, vanilla, butter, peanut butter and almond milk; mix until smooth.
Evenly fill each square sections of the pan and press in. Bake for 12-14 minutes, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t over cook.
Remove the brownies from the oven and allow to cool for about 15-20 minutes or longer to set up. Enjoy!
