Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour (you can use Gluten Free Flour)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter (melted)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the almond milk, vegan butter and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until just combined, don't over mix the batter. Allow the batter to sit for about 1 minute in the bowl before using.
Heat a waffle iron according to manufacture instruction. Pour about 1/4 cup of the waffle batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.
Note: waffle irons vary in size so you may need to add more or less of the batter.
