Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, and nutritional yeast.
Blend until smooth, and season with salt and pepper to taste. If the pesto is too thick, you can add a little more olive oil to reach your desired consistency.
