Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Tahini

4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 tsp ground Cumin

1/2 tsp Salt to taste

Paprika for garnish on top


Instructions

Add all the ingredients (except the paprika) in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Put the hummus in a bowl and dust with paprika.


Store in an airtight container in the fridge.


Note: if the hummus is too thick you can add a splash of water and blend to get the creamier consistancy you'd like.
