This easy to make chili uses very few ingredients but is packed with flavor! The recipe can be easily doubles or tripled for more people to enjoy!
Ingredients
2 patties Costco Pre-Cooked Angus Burgers or cooked regular burgers well seasoned
1 cup Cilantro Salsa
2 tablespoons Reduced Sugar Ketchup
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
Instructions
In a small pot, crumble the Angus Burger and sauté' on medium heat until fully heated through.
Add to the pot the rest of the ingredients and stir. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes so the flavors come together.
Serve topped with cheese, avocado, and sour cream, or whatever you’d like. Enjoy!
I recommend using the Costco Angus Burgers since its already cooked and all you have to do is heat it through. Plus its full fat and flavor, but you can replace them with two regular cooked burgers. If your using plain burgers season them well with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
