Ingredients

1 pounds ground Pork/Beef or Chicken

12 ounce Coleslaw (bag cabbage mix)

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Chicken Broth

1-2 cloves of Garlic minced

1 tsp Ginger grated or ground

2 tsp Sriracha Sauce

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

2-4 tablespoons Green Onion

1 tsp Sesame Seed (to top the dish)

2 tablespoons of Oil (for cooking meat about)

Instructions

Place a large skillet or Wok on the stove top burner to medium-high heat and add the 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Once hot add in the ground pork (or meat of choice). Using a spatula to break up the chunks of meat and cook all the way through until no pink is showing.

Add in the minced garlic and heat through for about a minute, then add in the soy sauce, sriracha, ground ginger and chicken broth and stir to combine.

Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes as the liquid reduces. Add in 12 ounces of coleslaw (or veggies of your choosing) and stir to combine coating all the veggies in the sauce.

Once cooked to desired texture turn off the heat and drizzle with sesame oil and toss through. Garnish with minced scallions and sesame seeds, Enjoy!

Note: for a more crunchy veggie texture immediately remove from heat after tossing in sauce, for less crunch cook down for 2-3 minutes.
