Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (6.5g protein)
1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (3g protein)
1/2 Avocado
1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk (7g protein) or Almond Milk
1/2 Frozen Banana (for sweetness & creaminess)
1 Large handful Spinach or Kale
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Ice Cubes (3–4)
Water to thin, if needed, optional
