Ingredients
1/3 cup Chickpea Flour
1/3 cup Water
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 tsp Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Filling Ideas: Onions, Bell Peppers, Cheese, Herbs, Tomato, etc.
oil for cooking
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. On a stovetop on medium heat add to a non stick pan 1-2 tsp of oil and the chickpea omelette batter.
Top the batter with veggies and allow the batter to cook until light golden brown for about 3 minutes. Fold the omelette in half and place on a plate to serve. Top with additional veggies if desired.
Note: For the omelette batter it's always even parts water to chickpea flour. So if you want to make a larger fluffier omelette like I do use 1/2 cup chickpea flour to 1/2 cup water and follow the same directions.
For a thinner omelette or scrambles you can add more water to the chickpea flour as well.
