Chicken Pizza Crust


A delicious no carb chicken crust that is so good you won't even miss the traditional flour crust. Top this with your veggies, cheese and meat for a amazing meal.


Ingredients


1 (10 ounce) can Chicken Breast


1 large Egg


1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese


1 tsp dried Oregano (optional)


Instructions


Thoroughly drain the canned chicken, getting as much moisture out as possible. Spread chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes to dry out the chicken.


Remove the chicken from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then put in a medium bowl. Increase heat of the oven to 400 degrees.


Add the cheese and egg (and oregano if using) to the bowl of chicken and blend well. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chicken onto it, then form and flatten into a pizza shape.


Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove crust from oven. Add desired toppings and bake for an additional 6-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!


Toppings will dictate final cooking time. Carbs are determined without the toppings.
