Ingredients 1 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup pepitas 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup black sesame seeds 1/4 cup white sesame seeds 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup currants 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoons coconut oil 120 ml honey 1/4 cup oats pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 170 C (340F)
Line a standard slice tray and set it aside.
Add the ingredients to a food processor.
Process for 30 seconds and then transfer the mixture to the prepared tray.
Press down hard to distribute the mixture evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 -20 minutes.
Allow to cool, slice into bars, and serve.
