Cauliflower Mash

This Cauliflower Mash is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. Using this simple technique makes the texture and taste feel just like your enjoying mash potatoes. A definite healthy alternative to those carb filled potatoes.


Ingredients


1 large Head of Cauliflower cut up into large pieces


3 tablespoons Butter or Vegan Butter


2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream as desired thickness or Plantbase Milk


2 tablespoons Cream Cheese or Plantbase Cream Cheese


Salt & Pepper to taste


Instructions


In a large pot boil the prepped cauliflower until tender, drain in the sink in a colander.


While cauliflower is still in the colander, using a clean dish towel, press the towel into the cauliflower to push out the water and absorb most of the moister.


Place the cauliflower and the remaining ingredients into a food processes and blend until creamy. Reheat the cauliflower mash in a microwave to desired temperature. Enjoy with additional butter.
