Cashew Walnut Butter


Cashew Walnut Butter

A delicious blend of cashews and walnuts with a touch of sweetness and the warmth of cinnamon makes this a delightful treat for the soul. Have this on toast, fruit or in your favorite cookie recipes.



Ingredients

2 cups soaked Cashews (soaked overnight)

1 cup soaked Walnuts (soaked overnight)

1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup (to taste)

1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon


Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

That's it! LOL


Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge.



Note: I like to soake my cashews and walnuts in glass containers in water in the fridge for a few days for maximum softness for the smoothes nut butters.

You can omit the honey or maple syrup for a non sweet sugar free version.
