Ingredients

2 cups Water

1 cup Cashews (soaked overnight and drained)

1/4 cup Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup (or more if you want sweeter)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt


Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth.


Pour the creamy into an airtight glass container. Store in the refrigerator.


Option: Strain the milk for an even more smoother texture.
