Broccoli Pasta

This broccoli pasta is the meal of all meals. It’s a one pot wonder that is both comforting and nourishing. From start to finish this dish will take you less time than it would for you to order and pick up a takeaway meal. In just minutes you’ll have a delicious homemade meal to eat while cuddling up on your couch.


Ingredients

2 cups raw pasta

1 head of broccoli, chopped into large pieces

1 cup green peas, frozen

1/4 leek, roughly chopped (even the green part)

1 cup parsley, roughly chopped

olive oil

salt to taste

pepper to taste


Instructions

Cook the pasta until slightly al dente (a little bit undercooked.)


Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the pasta is al dente.


Drain and serve with fresh parsley and a splash of olive oil.
