Asian Broccoli Salad
2 cups Broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
1 cup Kale Mix (sold at Costco or 1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage)
1/4 cup Red Onions chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro chopped fine (optional)
4 Scallions chopped
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup sweetened Cranberries or Raisins (optional)
Dressing
1/3 cup Agave Nectar
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce or Tamari
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients, set aside.
Add to a large bowl the broccoli salad ingredients. Pour the dressing into the bowl and toss to coat the salad completely. Serve
