Who loves bread? I do I do! LOL. And I really enjoy eating all types of breads, especially unique flavored breads. If you like different types of breads as much as I do then I think you'll love this one. It reminds me of the rustic Artisan Breads I use to eat when I lived in New York, so yummy.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/4 cup Flaxseed Meal
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup Black Olives chopped coarsely
1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
Prepare an Air Fryer cooking pan with non stick oil spray so the bread dough does not stick.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it inside the prepared pan. Put the pan inside the Air Fryer and cook on the bread/cake setting. (Should be 330 degrees for about 30 minutes on the Air Fryer, some temps may vary).
Cook the bread until the timer goes off. The bread should rise a bit and be completely dry on the top and bottom of the loaf. If not you can cook a bit longer until it reaches the bread texture you are looking for.
Remove the pan from the Air Fryer and allow to sit for a few minutes to set up. Slice and enjoy!
