Ingredients:

1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup

1 cup Oat Flour (or you can blend oats finely to make your own flour)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup (or agave), and oat flour. Stir until a smooth dough forms.

Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the ball onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten it slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
