Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour (or All Purpose Gluten Free)
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Hot Boiling Water (not considered an ingredient LOL)
Big Pinch of Salt (optional)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and knead for 5 minutes by hand.
Cut the dough into 8 pieces, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Lightly flour a clean counter or cutting board and roll each dough ball into round thin circle shape.
Heat a cast iron or skillet to medium high heat and place one of the flat dough pieces into the hot pan. Cook until dough puffs up and cooks through with bits of brown spots then flip it over. Dough should puff up signicatley on this side. Allow the dough to cook for about a minute or until it get a little chard and cooked through.
Put the flatbread on a plate and cover with a clean kitchen clothe to keep them warm. Repeat with the remaining dough.
